Team Shirt Order Form
We are placing an order for new team shirts! There are a couple different options with this one – you can choose to leave the back blank or add your name and number. If you’re playing softball, add your name and number 🙂 This is our team shirt for our games. (You don’t have to be playing softball to order one though, these are for everyone!) They are the Next Level Tri Blend shirts and will be military green.
Get your order in by Friday 6/11 at noon.
The shirt with a blank back is $22 or if you’d like your name and a number it’s $28
