Workout 17.1
For time:
10 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
20 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
30 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
40 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
50 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
Men use 50-lb. dumbbell and 24-in. box; women use 35-lb dumbbell and 20-in. box
Time cap: 20 minutes

If you’re signed up for the Open, don’t forget to go in and add CrossFit Antietam as your team AND Affiliate! 🙂

There is still time to get signed up. This is such a fun way to test yourself, find some weaknesses and strengths you didn’t know, and do more than you thought you were capable of! Friday night we will open the gym at 415 like normal, there will be a warmup written on the board directly geared to getting you ready for the open workout, and then we’ll run heats. So come when you’re ready, get warmed up and then we’ll get you in the next heat for the workout. Come help judge, cheer each other on, and do the workout! Even if you’re not signed up for the Open, come have some fun with us!
