In this workout, you get to decide how to breakup the reps. Spend some time during the warm up to make a game plan for yourself. Pick what you think will get you through the fastest. Then execute that plan! It can be anything… they don’t even have to be in this order. The only guideline is that you need to complete those numbers of reps of each movement. You could do 5 Rounds of 10 of everything/30 doubles. 10 rounds of 5 of everything/15 doubles. All the doubles then chip away at the rest. Start with 50 doubles, all the snatches, 50 doubles, all the lunges, 50 doubles, all the chest to bar. You get the idea. 🙂
