A. 10 min Skill Practice:
HS Walk (hold, shoulder taps, etc)
Doubles or Triples
Alternate between HS walk and jump rope every 30-45 seconds. If you have doubles consistently, work on triples. If you’re still mastering doubles, work on those.

B. 15 min AMRAP:
30 Doubles (75 Singles)
15 Abmat Sit Ups
30 Doubles (75 Singles)
15 Calorie Row
