A. 5×5 Strict Pull Up AHAP
*If you don’t have strict pull up without a band yet, get a small box and jump to the top of the pull up then lower yourself down in 4 counts for each rep. Second option will be to get the smallest band possible and complete each set of 5 reps unbroken*

B. Five Rounds:
Three min AMRAP
400 meter Run
Max Thruster in Remaining Time (95/65)
Rest 1 min
*The goal here is to finish your 400m run around 2 mins or less, if it takes too much longer, then scale the run down to finish with time to work on thrusters*
