Partner Wod:
20,000 lbs Ground to Overhead*
Level 2 – 15,000 lbs
Level 1 – 10,000 lbs

*Break up reps and weight however you would like. 1 partner working at a time. If possible, teams should be 1 male & 1 female.
For example- If both partners used a 95# bar, you’d each have to complete 106 reps. If the guy uses a 135# bar and girl uses 95# bar, you’d each have to perform 87 reps. Take a few minutes before starting to figure out how many at what weight you need to do and go in with a game plan!!
