Team WOD!

Teams of 3
20 min AMRAP:
8 DB/KB Lunge (35/26’s-one in each hand)
8 Toes to Bar
8 Push Up
AND
Max meters Sled Push (90/45)

Partner 1 starts on the lunge and must complete all 8 reps. Partner 2 will then do 8 toes to bar and then partner 1 will do 8 push up. Then partner 2 will do 8 lunge, partner 1 will do 8 toes to bar, partner 2 will do 8 push up, and so on. You must complete all 8 of the movement before your partner can start the next movement.

Partner 3 starts on the sled push. You can go as far as you choose, but you need to return the sled to the gym to switch out with another partner.

You can swap out members at any time, just keep track of the total meters you pushed the sled!

You will have 2 scores for this workout, one for max meters on the sled and one for total rounds of the AMRAP.

Our 3rd annual 4th of July Workout and Breakfast is coming up! We will have one class that morning at 8am and we’ll have a potluck breakfast after. We’ll provide the main dish, but please bring something to share.
