We are adding a strength specific class/program! Our newest coach, Jake, has written a 9 week program and is ready to help you get stronger! The classes will be Saturday at 9am, Sunday at 830am, and Wednesday at 615pm. Would there be another evening that you guys would like to see? Let Cerissa, Kendl, or Jake know and we’ll see if we can make it work. The program will be written on the board at the gym, so even if you can’t make the class, you can still follow the program. We are so excited to get started! The first class will be next Wednesday, June 28, at 615pm. See you there!!
