Strength classes will now be Tuesday and Thursday night at 6:15pm, and Saturday morning at 9am. I know a lot of you have weekend plans with it being the summer, so we’re hoping this change can accommodate more schedules. It’s okay if you’ve missed some classes, you’re still welcome to come.
