-If you’re signed up for the Open, don’t forget to go in and add CrossFit Antietam as your team AND Affiliate! 🙂 Today is the day that 17.1 scores are due online. Head over to games.crossfit.com to enter your score. Get them in before 6pm, CrossFit won’t allow late entries.

-Still thinking about signing up? There is still time! This is such a fun way to test yourself, find some weaknesses and strengths you didn’t know, and do more than you thought you were capable of! This Friday night we will open the gym at 415 like normal, there will be a warmup written on the board directly geared to getting you ready for the open workout, and then we’ll run heats. So come when you’re ready, get warmed up and then we’ll get you in the next heat for the workout. Come help judge, cheer each other on, and do the workout! Even if you’re not signed up for the Open, come have some fun with us!
